Getting around New York

Flights to New York mainly land at John Fitzgerald Kennedy International Airport, one of the most important airports in the entire United States because of the large number of travelers it serves every day, in addition to LaGuardia and Newark airport, which connect the city to the rest of the nation and Canada. Once you land, you can take one of the iconic yellow cabs to get to your destination in no time. Since the airport is very well served you can also take the subway, the Long Island Railroad Train, or the bus. Once you arrive at your destination, the subway will be one of the best ways to get around the city.

What to visit in New York

Among the many things to see in New York, there is Central Park, a true green lung of the city, beloved by travelers and locals alike. A spectacular place, where you can immerse yourself in nature just a step away from the bustling of the city. For those who have never seen this city, a visit to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, where the records of the great migratory flows of the past are preserved, is a must. Admiring the city from above can be a unique experience, and climbing the Empire State Building will give you the chance to do just that! During your trip, don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the city's most famous streets. Lose yourself in the lights and colors of the glittering Broadway, and stop to admire the famous Times Square! New York is also the art capital of the United States, and a visit to its museums is a real treat. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is an absolute can’t-miss, as is the view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the splendid One Trade Center. You'll be spoilt for choice during your unique experience!

Where to eat

New York's great culture of hospitality and multiculturalism have also influenced its local cuisine. The many street food stalls will help you discover a world of international culture on every street corner. From the typical food places from all over the world, you will be able to reach the most important and beloved starred restaurants. An experience not to be missed!

Special events in New York

Due to unforeseen traffic conditions and gridlock, on December 31st, during holiday parades and the U.N. World Conference week in September, it is possible that some streets in Midtown are closed to traffic for security reasons and clients must reach their transfer vehicle to the nearest pick-up point on their own. Ensuring prompt communication with clients in house during these events, is another reason to highly recommended to include the clients' cell phone number in the reservation.
