Stay connected with the onboard Wi-Fi service. Purchase the onboard Wi-Fi service and enjoy the ability to browse the internet, send emails, message with your loved ones, stay updated on social networks and stream music, films or TV series throughout your flight. And the initial few minutes are complimentary: test the service and if you are pleased, you can choose whether to continue using it.

The "NEOS INFLIGHT WI-FI" service is a new and innovative broadband Wi-Fi internet connection that is available onboard our Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

The high-speed Wi-Fi connection (12 Mbps) on our aircraft lets you keep in touch with your friends, family and colleagues. You can use it to make phone calls, send messages, post on social networks, reply to emails and even use the most famous sites and applications to stream music, movies and TV series, just like at home.

Passengers of all classes can browse for free by selecting one of the various sponsored offers available on the onboard portal*. If you prefer to purchase the service, you can do so directly from your device using a credit card. The price is determined by the destination of your flight (see fees).

The service is offered by VIASAT, which is the independent data controller of personal data.

HOW TO CONNECT ON BOARD
As soon as you can connect your device (laptop, tablet or smartphone), you can purchase an internet package in just 3 easy steps.
1. Turn on your device and activate airplane mode.
2. Enable Wi-Fi. Select "neoswifi" from the available networks.
3. Open your browser and type "neos.viasat.com" in the search bar. Select a sponsored offer* or purchase an internet package using Paypal or a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card

The service is currently being developed and improved, so the extent of global satellite coverage may vary depending on the route taken and may not cover all areas.
