Our Boeing 787 Dreamliners offer the innovative ‘NEOS INFLIGHT WI-FI’ service, a new generation broadband Wi-Fi internet connection.

Stay connected thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi (12 Mbps) on board: by purchasing the service on board, you can surf the internet, send emails, message your loved ones, stay up to date on social networks and stream music, films or TV series during your flight. 
The first 15 minutes are free: try the service and, if you are satisfied, you can decide whether to stay connected. At the end of the free period, you can purchase the service by choosing one of the various sponsored offers available on the onboard portal (choosing either the two-hour package or the package valid for the entire duration of the flight). 
The service can be purchased directly from your device by credit card; the price varies depending on the flight destination.

The Wi-Fi service in Premium Class is completely free and accessible via a voucher that will be provided on board.

HOW TO CONNECT ON BOARD
As soon as you can connect your device (laptop, tablet or smartphone), you can purchase an internet package in just 3 easy steps.
1. Turn on your device and activate airplane mode.
2. Enable Wi-Fi. Select "neoswifi" from the available networks.
3. Open your browser and type "neos.viasat.com" in the search bar. Select a sponsored offer* or purchase an internet package using Paypal or a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card
