Upon submitting a complaint, you will receive notification of its receipt and initiation of the complaint process, in addition to a claim identification number. Please be advised that we respond to complaints from our passengers within 30 days from the date of receipt of the same.

By logging into the user area, you will be able to monitor the progress of your complaint whenever you wish.

ATTENTION: complaints submitted in a manner different from those indicated will not be handled (e.g. by e-mail).
