Prohibition of drones and electronic cigarettes

The present to advise about the prohibition for passengers and crews to introduce drones and electronic cigarettes in the following countries:

Personal motorised vehicles

For safety reasons, we can’t accept personal motorised vehicles such as hoverboards, mini-Segways and smart or self-balancing wheels on our flights. Neos prohibits the carriage of all such devices – with or without batteries - as checked–in or carry–on baggage. This regulation still applies even if you’re connecting to our flights from an airline that has accepted them.

New EU Regulation 2017/458

Passengers are hereby informed that on 7 April 2017, Regulation (EU) 2017/458 came into force following which citizens of European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Iceland, coming from or going to countries extraschengen, will be subjected by the border police to systematic checks regarding their identity, citizenship and authenticity of identity documents. The aforementioned police checks for the protection of public safety could lead to longer waiting times. Passengers are invited to lend their valuable collaboration.

Galaxy Note 7

If you travel with the first of the series Galaxy Note 7 will ask you to NOT add it in the hold baggage and keep it off on board for the entire duration of the flight. And 'also it is forbidden to connect it to external power sources to recharge the battery.

For disposition by local authorities, departing from Mexico boarding Galaxy Note 7 it is forbidden.
