INFANTS AND CHILDREN
Infants are not entitled to seat nor to any checked baggage, a bag (similar to that of the stroller) is allowed which can contain the necessary items for the infant's trip. Please note that, for safety reasons on board, each adult passenger is allowed to travel with only one infant.
A child is a minor between the ages of 2 and 12 (has turned 2, but not 12). If the minor turns 2 during the trip, he or she will be considered a child starting from the day of his or her birthday.Up to the age of 14, a child must travel accompanied by his or her parents or legal guardians, or otherwise by activating the unaccompanied minor procedure.
Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over with appropriate documentation (otherwise, they must be considered unaccompanied minors).
At the earliest opportunity and at no extra cost, Neos shall seat children under the age of 14 near their parent, guardian or tutor.
The distance will depend on the age of the child:
• If a child is under the age of 5, in a seat next to their parent, guardian or tutor.
• If a child is between 5 and 11, in the same row, separated by no more than one seat from their parent, guardian or tutor.
• If a child is between 12 and 13, no more than a row away from the parent, guardian or tutor.
BASSINETS ON BOARD OUR AIRCRAFT
If you wish to utilise the bassinet service on flights where the Economy Extra product is available, you will have to pay an Economy Extra supplement.
While Neos will make every reasonable effort to fulfil such requests, it is important to note that there may be unforeseen circumstances involving third parties or events beyond the airline's control that could prevent Neos from providing this service.
Each Neos aircraft is equipped with at least two restrooms with special retractable shelves designed for changing nappies.
If you are travelling with an infant or baby, you are allowed to carry infant milk, powdered milk, sterilised water (stored in a baby bottle) and baby food in the quantities required for the duration of your journey, even if this exceeds the maximum limit of liquids allowed.
To facilitate safety checks, you should keep the milk and any other baby food on hand during checks at the gates, so that airport security can check the contents of the bottle or, more generally, the container used.
