CARRY-ON BAGGAGES

Passengers may bring on board one individual item of hand luggage per passenger. There is an 8 kg weight restriction on hand luggage and an overall size restriction of 115 cm (sum of 55x40x20 cm).

Any carry-on bags exceeding these restrictions must be checked into the hold to ensure both passenger safety and comfort on board. Hand luggage must always be presented at check-in for inspection by airport and airline staff to ensure its weight and size comply with restrictions.

Baggage authorised for carriage in the cabin will be identified by an airline label affixed to it.

Passengers may also take additional items on board, such as:

• small personal bag or briefcase or laptop;
• camera, camcorder or CD player;
• mobile telephone equipment, other small commonly used electrical/electronic equipment;
• small medical equipment that should not be used on board, such as CPAP masks or portable dialysis machines, as well as insulin kits with syringes (passengers must have prescriptions with them);
• coat or raincoat;
• umbrella;
• crutches or other means for walking;
• travel reading items;
• items purchased at "duty free" shops and shops inside the airport;
• liquid/solid medicines essential for strictly personal medical-therapeutic and dietary purposes and necessary for the duration of the flight. For liquid medicines, a specific medical prescription is required;
• liquids within permitted limits (See LIQUIDS, GELS & AEROSOLS).
