SECURITY CHECKS

Before entering in the boarding area, all departing passengers must undergo a security check, which may cause delays during the boarding process.

Neos strongly advises that you promptly report for such checks as soon as you complete the check-in process.

During security checks, it is important to work together with airport staff and place the following items in the designated tray: lighters, belts, mobile phones, credit cards, coin holders/wallets, keys, watches, bracelets, rings, jackets with zips and buttons.

If the Metal Detector picks up any metal parts, you may have to repeat the checks or open your hand luggage for a manual inspection.

Passengers who have pacemakers or metal implants, as well as pregnant women, have the option to bypass the metal detector. Instead, they can undergo a manual control and pass through the fast track security area. In this case, passengers must notify the airline and airport security personnel. It is important to have with you a medical certificate with your to validate your medical condition.
