WHERE CAN I FIND MY VOUCHER?

CLICK HERE or go to the "MY BOOKING" section. Enter the booking number (PNR) of your cancelled booking and the surname of one of the passengers. You will then be directed to a dedicated section where you can find the code (Promo Code) and the information relating to your voucher.

 

HOW TO USE YOUR VOUCHER

TO BOOK NEOS FLIGHTS

The Promo Code for purchasing a Neos flight can be used directly on our website during the booking process. Simply enter the PROMO CODE in the "USE VOUCHER" section and the value of the voucher you have will be automatically deducted from the total amount. The voucher is non-transferable. The system will automatically verify if the holder's information is included in the passenger list of the new booking. If it is not, the voucher cannot be used. If the value of the voucher is greater than the amount spent, you can always use the remaining balance within the specified terms.
