Booking Code (PNR)
The Web Check-in service is FREE OF CHARGE and available from 48 HOURS PRIOR TO FLIGHT UNTIL 3 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
We invite you to check flight times and any changes at least 48 hours before departure via the ‘My Flights’ section. In the event of a time or operational change to the flight you have booked, you can request further information by sending an email to customercare@neos.it.
Due to the high number of bookings, there may be delays in sending tickets by email.
However, you can download your ticket immediately by going to the ‘My Booking’ section and entering the PNR and surname of one of the passengers.
