SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS

Starting from 12th October 2025, the new Entry/Exit System (EES) will come into effect. This European system will electronically record the entry and exit data of non-EU citizens travelling to Europe for a short stay (up to 90 days within any 180-day period). The EES will replace the manual stamping of passports and will help make border checks at the external borders faster and more secure. For more information and to find out which European countries are part of this new system, please visit https://travel-europe.europa.eu/en/ees.
